French Suffix: -issime

The French suffix -issime is added to adjectives to make stronger adjectives, but it is fairly rare.

So could you use ‘-issime’ instead of using ‘tres’ or ‘vraiment’ because I overuse them and it would be good to be able to use this instead!

No, because as I said in the lesson, it’s quite rare and is often used playfully. But I have a lesson on synonyms for très that you should definitely look at: http://french.about.com/od/vocabulary/a/tres.htm
