Can bouchée also be used figuratively, as is: he’s talking like he has a mouthful of marbles?
Also, is there a list of similar words using ?-ful. Here are a few that jump to mind but I’m sure there are others. are:
handful, armful, eyeful, earful, spoonful, forkful, headful (of ideas)

John – I’m not sure how to say “as if he has a mouthful of marbles” in French, but I suspect it has pain (bread) in it. Good question for the forum: http://forums.about.com/ab-french
